Free advice and support service for companies in the territory to work individually: analysis, detection, support and the creation of an action plan that will define the road map to follow for the implementation of new projects and business processes, based on circular economy models.
This support will consist of a minimum of 13 hours of tutoring per company, spread over 4 work sessions plus an initial meeting lasting one hour.
The estimated number of projects to be advised is between 4 and 5 companies.
These companies can also be groups of companies that want to implement shared projects in areas related to
- Eco-innovation
- ecodesign of other circular economy initiatives.
The 4 work sessions with the companies will be developed as follows:
- Session 1 (approximately 2 hours of work): Planning for change. The objective is to prepare the company and plan the work to be carried out with a calendar of meetings and tasks to be carried out. It is the phase where the people in the organization who will participate in the work sessions must be specified and the objectives to be achieved with the project and their roles will be defined.
- Session 2 (approximately 4 hours of work): Internal analysis of the company. Know the business model, its products and/or services, strengths and weaknesses, definition of production processes, costs and raw materials used, definition of the market, analysis of suppliers and customers. First approach to opportunities.
- Session 3 (approximately 4 hours of work): Trends in the sector and the search for opportunities linked to the circular economy. Definition of potential projects and prioritization. Economic feasibility analysis of the project.
- Session 4 (Approximately 3 hours of work): Implementation of the project. Implementation roadmap. Tasks to be performed, roles and responsibilities in the project. Timing and achievement of milestones. tracking
