The 4th Conference for a Circular and Competitive Economy, the international meeting on the circular economy of the city of Gavà, will take place next March 4, 2021 in virtual format.
They will give us the institutional welcome Mayor of Gavà, along with Montserrat Ballarín, vice president of the Social and Economic Development Area of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, and David Lucas, General Secretary of Urban Agenda and Housing of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
This year the meeting will be led by specialist journalist Belén Kayser which will present the ambitious zero-waste program that is driving the city of Austin (Texas) with great success, as well as the innovative "Rediscovery Center" in Dublin, a co-creation space to promote the green and low-carbon economy.
Subsequently four innovative experiences in water management, energy efficiency, waste management and sustainable construction will be presented. For this we will count on the participation of representatives of Aigües de Barcelona, Sestao Berri, the Asociación Green Building Council España (GBCE) and Grupo Roca.
