The objective of the module will be to identify the motivations, barriers and essential aspects to design a circular business model based on strategies such as servitization, remanufacturing, repair,... As well as understanding how to activate our value chain so that it goes from being a risk to an asset in circularity.

  • What are the technical and financial considerations relevant to designing a circular business model?
  • Why are servitization, repair, remanufacturing key circular strategies on which to pivot circular business models?

Workshop 4

  • Risks of a less dynamic value chain towards circularity
  • How to activate our value chain so that it becomes an asset of circularity (supplies and consumers)
  • Tools to support communication and promote circularity in our value chain
