Aquests ajuts tenen per objectiu el desplegament i la incorporaci\u00f3 de les energies renovables t\u00e8rmiques als sectors de l\u2019economia, incloent el sector residencial, i al sector p\u00fablic.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEls ajuts s\u2019emmarquen en el Component 7 \u201cDesplegament i integraci\u00f3 de les energies renovables\u201d del Pla de Recuperaci\u00f3, Transformaci\u00f3 i Resili\u00e8ncia.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligible actions<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nTwo different incentive programs are established with the following eligible actions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Incentive program 1: Implementation of thermal renewable energy installations in the industrial, agricultural, services and\/or other sectors of the economy, including the residential sector.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Incentive program 2: Implementation of thermal renewable energy installations in non-residential buildings, establishments and public sector infrastructures.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAquestes actuacions hauran de complir els requisits espec\u00edfics que s\u2019estableixen a l\u2019Annex I de les Bases Reguladores.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nDonat el car\u00e0cter innovador d\u2019aquests programes d\u2019incentius \u00fanicament s\u2019admetran com a subvencionables les actuacions iniciades amb posterioritat a la data de registre de la sol\u00b7licitud en el cas del Programa d\u2019incentius 1 o al dia 23 de desembre de l\u2019any 2021 en el cas del Programa d\u2019incentius 2.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficiaries<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWithin the Incentives Program 1, the following subjects will be the last recipients of these grants, as long as they carry out an economic activity for which they offer goods or services on the market:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Natural or legal persons.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Any entity in the institutional public sector of any public administration as well as private law entities or private non-profit organizations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Groups, associations, consortia or any other form of collaboration of any of the figures in the previous points, with or without legal personality.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWithin the framework of the Incentives Program 2, the following subjects will be the last recipients of these grants, as long as they do not carry out any economic activity for which they offer goods or services on the market:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>The local territorial entities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Any entity in the institutional public sector of any public administration as well as private law entities or private non-profit organizations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Groups, associations, consortia or any other form of collaboration of any of the figures in the previous point, with or without legal personality.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">amount<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe initial total budget for these grants at state level is 150,000,000 euros. Catalonia receives 26,494,132 euros distributed as follows:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Incentive program 1: 18,545,892 euros.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Incentive program 2: 7,948,240 euros.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLa quantia dels ajuts s\u2019estableix a l\u2019Annex III de les Bases Reguladores per a cada programa d\u2019incentius i tipologia d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 subvencionable. L\u2019import de l\u2019ajut a atorgar ser\u00e0 la suma de l\u2019Ajut Base i l\u2019Ajut Addicional. Per al Programa d\u2019incentius 1, dirigit a empreses, l\u2019ajut base m\u00e0xim ser\u00e0 del 35% del cost subvencionable en el cas de les grans empreses, del 40% en el cas de les mitjanes empreses i del 45% per a les petites.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPel que fa a l\u2019ajut addicional, si les actuacions es duen a terme en municipis de Repte Demogr\u00e0fic, el percentatge d\u2019ajut aplicable sobre el cost subvencionable s\u2019incrementar\u00e0 en cinc punts percentuals.
